Information you provide
Depending on how you use Peza, we may handle account details such as your name, email, profile photo, and account preferences; seller business and listing details; messages; event and ticket details; and marketplace order details such as delivery name, phone number, address, and notes.
How information is used
We use information to create and secure accounts, show listings, connect buyers with sellers, deliver messages and ticket information, record marketplace orders, respond to support requests, and maintain the platform.
When information is shared
Public listing information is visible to visitors. When you place a marketplace order, the seller receives the delivery details needed to respond and arrange delivery. We may use service providers for hosting, email, authentication, maps, or payment processing when those features are enabled. Their own privacy terms may also apply.
Location and device data
If you use nearby search, your device may provide location coordinates to find nearby places. Peza uses the search to return nearby results and may store an approximate area for service operation. Browser sessions and essential technical logs may also be used to keep the site working and secure.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards for information handled by the platform. No online service can promise absolute security. We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legitimate recordkeeping needs, resolve disputes, and protect the platform, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
